This podcast is to promote empowerment for Latinas who feel stuck and want to elevate their lives! We host authentic conversations with brave Latinas who are choosing CAMBIO over comfort. This is a sin miedo community of Latinas where we aim to empower, nurture and love ourselves in the season we're in. We strongly believe that women can pursue their purpose without society's cultural concept of who we should be. Regardless of where you find yourself in life, this podcast pushes you to look at the nontraditional ways of finding and pursuing your proposito.

She is a mindset and empowerment coach who helps Latinas step into their power and discover their purpose by teaching them how to breaking generational trauma, deconstruct toxic paradigms, heal somatically and elevate their mindset so that they can transform into highest versions of themselves.
